GRINDING
It is a complex process that requires excellent knowledge of different types of stone cladding.
The grinding process is a series of several steps:
Milling (leveling-leveling) the flooring - this removes both the higher and lower edges of the floor tiles, as well as the created scratches, dirt and other unwanted defects, such as marks on the cladding from prolonged walking in one area (traffic area) , moving furniture and other manipulations that have violated the surface layer of the cladding.
Cladding of the cladding - with polyester or epoxy putty fill all cavities, cracks, holes or missing joints. The goal is to obtain a perfectly uniform cladding.
Sanding removes from the top layer of the surface, while also giving smoothness. Unlike milling, grinding aims to prepare the stone for the final stage of the procedure, matte or mirror polished surface
